1. These terms
These terms cover pitchdreams.com and the sites under it: Youth Soccer Costs, Film Room (beta), Pro Parent Soccer League and Coaching Dynasty Sim. Using any of them means you accept these terms. Youth Soccer Costs adds its own terms of use about its data, its labels and what you add to it; on that site, both apply.
2. Free, with no accounts
Every site is free to use, and none asks you to sign up. The only sign-in, on Youth Soccer Costs, is for the person who runs it.
3. Youth Soccer Costs is for planning
Posted fees are what a club published, linked to where they came from and dated. The all-in figure is our modeled range, labeled as an estimate and never a quote. Reports from parents are labeled as such. Fees change, and the information can be out of date or wrong: confirm with the club before you commit money. Nothing is rated or ranked, no coach is named, and clubs cannot pay us. We are not affiliated with any club or league.
4. Film Room is a beta tool on your device
Film Room is new, so things may change or not work as expected. Your film and your work stay on your device and remain yours; keep your own backups with Back up everything, in the More menu, because we cannot recover what is on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use the footage you open and for what you share from it — game film often shows other people's children.
5. The games are satire and fiction
Pro Parent Soccer League and Coaching Dynasty Sim are games. Real club and league names appear in them as setting only. Every fee, rating, result, character and event in the games is invented and says nothing about any real club, coach, player or family. Saves live in your browser; clearing your browser's data deletes them.
6. Fair use of the sites
Use the sites for your own, non-commercial purposes. Without our written permission, don't copy or scrape the cost data in bulk, redistribute it, or try to overload the sites or get around their limits.
7. Ownership
The sites' content, artwork, game designs and the PitchDreams name and logo belong to PitchDreams. Club and league names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Film Room includes open-source software used under its licenses: ONNX Runtime Web (MIT) and the YOLOX-Nano model (Apache-2.0). The typefaces, among them Newsreader, Inter and Bebas Neue, are used under the SIL Open Font License.
8. No warranty
The sites are provided as they are, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, PitchDreams and the people who run it are not liable for decisions made from the sites' information, for lost saves or film work, or for interruptions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Using the sites after a change means you accept the new terms.
