By accessing or using any PitchDreams product — including the Landing Site (pitchdreams.com), Club Cost Navigator (costs.pitchdreams.com), Pro Parent Soccer League (play.pitchdreams.com), and Coaching Dynasty Sim (sim.pitchdreams.com) — you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Services
PitchDreams products are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any content or data from our platforms without written permission.
3. User Accounts & Game Data
Some products require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Game saves are stored in the cloud with up to 3 save slots per game. We reserve the right to reset or modify game data during development phases.
4. Club Cost Data
Fee data in the Club Cost Navigator is crowd-sourced and community-audited. While we strive for accuracy, PitchDreams does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any fee estimates. Always confirm costs directly with your club.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, game mechanics, and branding are the property of PitchDreams. Character illustrations, game assets, and original content may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
PitchDreams products are provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on fee data from the Navigator, game progress loss, or service interruptions.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
